It is always advisable to book ahead; however, we are happy to take walk-ins and try to accommodate you as often as possible.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure there are no delays in starting your treatment so that we can maximize your time with us.

Clinic policies
We send appointment reminders via text message, which you will need to reply ‘Yes’ to confirm your scheduled appointment with us. Please let us know at your earliest convenience should you change your mobile phone number so that we can update our records.
Reminders & communication
For all clients booking appointments of one hour or more, we require a 50% deposit upon booking.
All dermal therapy treatments require a $100 deposit upon booking. For all consultations, we require a $30 deposit at the time of booking, which will be redeemable off of your first treatment in the salon.
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time or if you do not arrive for your appointment. Should you reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be moved to your new appointment time.
